Dear Cohort -

Great meeting last week!  I enjoyed that we got to know one another a bit, that you had time to noodle on/commit to a potential project, get some work done, and invest time in professional development.  Thinking and planning always pays off.

Thank you for completing the evaluations and the first weekly check-in.   Mike Brown was randomly selected to win a coffee card - congratulations Mike!   Look for the next check-in to come out Friday afternoon -- like the first, you will have until EOD on Tuesday to complete it. 

I've made a note of the following requests for professional development.  We'll work to get some things scheduled or information shared.  Excellent ideas that others can make use of as well.

I also wanted to share that I asked Aditya, one of our student program assistants at CCE Admin, to draft a visual of the SNAIL model since I think we all enjoyed that framing. I will share it with you next week once it is fine-tuned.

And…our team here figured out how to add each of you to our workday learning course.  When you complete the coursework and presentation, you will receive a certificate through workday learning, and it will be part of your learning portfolio.  Thank you for learning with me on how this is done.  Let me know if you have questions about Workday Learning.
