Dear cohort members -

Hope this finds you well!  Excited to see a good portion of you headed to the finish line!  I mentioned to Matt today a favorite phrase of mine, "Deadlines are our Friends".  I love taking classes for just that reason - there is a start, expectations, and a finish :); and then we move forward with whatever experiences we gather.  I hope that PDLC is a bit like that.  Plow on friends :)!

Kudos to:  Scott who was drawn as a coffee card winner from check-in responses, to Josh and Harrison for reaching/exceeding level 6 (I'll send you out a magnetic nametag), and Vicki, Christina, RJ and Meghan - who are nearly finished with the Moodle coursework - wonderful!

I'll be sending out invitations to former cohort members, and program staff today to invite them to upcoming presentations.  While I miss this all happening in person - I love that this allows the opportunity for all staff to listen in and be involved.

Will anyone be at Ag Inservice?  If so - I'd be happy to connect!  Let me know - I will be there most of the time.  I'll also be at the 4-H Educator's conference.  November is a busy but great time to see colleagues (+ family!).

A reminder - the equation for finishing PDLC (instructions for all of this are in our shared Google Folder https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1bZ2sw_k3h8KFzsPFY653miLtdi_9T6Z4?usp=sharing (also findable in the "helpful links" section on our Moodle:

Look for my check-in form in your e-mail on Monday :) Keep investing time in your professional development and reflecting on things you are learning.

Happy Thursday!

Celeste
