Dear cohort members -

Hope this finds you well!  I could see progress being made last week in the Moodle, and Qs coming in despite my time away (Ashville and Boone NC are lovely BTW :).    Great job!

Kudos to:  Vicki Fleming who was drawn as a coffee card winner from check-in responses, to Ryan and Vicki for reaching/exceeding level 6 (I'll send you out a magnetic nametag), and Christina - who is nearly finished with the Moodle coursework - wonderful!

PDLC offers me a great opportunity to get to know staff a little better - I love the extra Qs and requests for support that come in.  Over the last couple of months, I've helped a few consider how to use Qualtrics and bigger sources of data,  worked with others on using PDR data for decision-making, and helped some with reporting more effectively.  The relationships that are built through investing time in working together are priceless!

Will anyone be at Ag Inservice?  If so - I'd be happy to connect!  Let me know - I will be there most of the time.

Personal update - I've recently had PhD research project approved for a Jan start - which means I'll need to step back on a few other projects, including support to PDLC (at least for the semester) after December.  I don't see a reason that all could not complete the work in Moodle before the end of December, and for some...you are almost there :).   Don't be surprised if you receive an e-mail with a check in on progress.  I did add a course completion status to the right hand menu...it is all the way to the end.  You should see your personal completion markers, making for an easy review.

A reminder - the equation for finishing PDLC (instructions for all of this are in our shared Google Folder https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1bZ2sw_k3h8KFzsPFY653miLtdi_9T6Z4?usp=sharing (also findable in the "helpful links" section on our Moodle:

Look for my check-in form in your e-mail on Monday :) Keep investing time in your professional development and reflecting on things you are learning.

Happy Thursday!

Celeste
