Libby Eiholzer
es especialista en servicios técnicos para Cargill, donde asiste a los ganaderos
y sus empleados en Nueva York. Anteriormente, Libby pasó nueve años ayudando a
granjas lecheras mientras trabajaba para Cornell Cooperative Extension. La
experiencia de Libby en el apoyo a los dueños y empleados de granjas le da una
perspectiva única para comprender las necesidades de ambos.
Crecer en una granja lechera en el centro de Nueva York, estudiar manejo de ganado y español en la Universidad de Cornell, y ser voluntaria en Guatemala con el Cuerpo de Paz le guio a tomar la decisión de trabajar en la industria lechera. Hace varios años, recibió su diploma en Recursos Humanos de Cornell para ayudar a las granjas a profesionalizar la dirección de su personal. Le encanta ayudar a los equipos en las granjas a mejorar sus procesos diarios y comunicación para lograr un mayor éxito.
Libby Eiholzer is a dairy technical services specialist for Cargill, where she assists dairy farmers and their employees in New York. Previously Libby spent nine years helping dairy farms while working for Cornell Cooperative Extension. Libby’s expertise in supporting farm owners and employees gives her a unique perspective to understand the needs of both.
Growing up on a dairy in Central New York, studying dairy science and Spanish at Cornell University, and volunteering in Guatemala with the Peace Corps informed Libby’s decision to work in the dairy industry. Several years ago, she completed a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Cornell to serve the growing need for farms to professionalize their approach to management. She loves helping farm teams improve their daily processes and communication to achieve greater success.
Libby’s husband Garrett is a partner in Ivy
Lakes Dairy, LLC in Stanley, NY, and she enjoys helping him on the farm in her
spare time.
