Community Garden Leadership

In Module 1 you explored inclusive leadership as a framework to understand how to create welcoming spaces at your community garden, and learned that organizational values are the principles and beliefs that guide the organization’s behavior, approach and decisions -- the ‘how we do it’ (Harvard Business Review, 2014). This section builds on Module 1 and explores the way organizational values should influence the actions of community garden leaders.
