Effective leadership builds a collaborative environment that encourages active engagement and problem-solving. Ironically, becoming more effective as a leader requires deep reflection and self-awareness. By reflecting on one’s own leadership qualities, ability, and style in Section M2.1, community gardener leaders will become better equipped to navigate challenges, inspire participation, and sustain the long-term success of their garden projects.
