If you choose to complete this as your optional activity, consider/do the following:

• ➡️ Record this information on your site plan that you will scan and turn in. Illustrate the various types of utility lines in different colors and label them legibly, either in a key to the side or in pen next to the line.

• ➡️ Consider municipal codes and regulations: If you own your home and have a copy of the plot plan that came with the deed to your house or living space, look to see if rights-of-way are depicted. For many gardens, this may not be a consideration, but finding out if your municipality has any other restrictions, may save you headaches later.
