In this module, you explored many leadership styles, including specific styles that focus on the actions/behaviors of leaders and their real-world application. Of all the styles you learned about, which one or two do you plan to use at your community garden. Please provide a reason for your choice (i.e. we are serving a new demographic so I want to lean on [style], we haven’t had success with x, so I would like to take elements of [style] and incorporate them in my approach).
