Hello all! For as long as I can remember, gardening has been a constant in my family. From harvesting potatoes with my father at a young age to planting my own potato guild on campus at SUNY Oswego, I’ve always been amazed by what can be achieved through trial and error. I’m especially excited to learn about everyone’s personal experiences with gardening, both the successes and the failures, which I view as equally valuable.
I was introduced to the Master Gardener program by a group of colleagues on campus and was inspired to help rebuild the connection between Cornell Cooperative Extension Master Gardeners and SUNY Oswego. After learning that Master Gardeners once maintained the campus garden beds, I’m eager to see the group become involved again.
