Hi. I’m Jim. I’m a retired Air Force and airline pilot with a passion for gardening. I currently have perennial and shade gardens which I hope to expand. I grew up in South Carolina and my mother was a Master Gardener with the Clemson Cooperative Extension (the other CCE). She had the most amazing flower gardens and was a genius growing and propagating orchids and it’s rubbed off on me. I am taking the class to expand my knowledge and experience and hopefully be half as talented as her but also contribute to the community. I’m looking forward to meeting and enjoying the program with all of you.
