I find gardening good for both body and soul. The beauty of nature is a balm. I love the physical work, being outside, seeing what is coming into bloom, watching the birds and wildlife. (Not so much Bambi) I am interested in organic practices and increasing native species. Have often been a trail and error gardener, emphasis on error. So looking forward to making a plan for my landscape. One of my biggest challenges is that we have a lot of old growth trees. Great for shade but not without drawbacks. Hoping to learn a great deal from all of you and this course. June
