I grew up always having a large vegetable garden and have continued that practice throughout my life. I garden primarily in raised beds and recently added a cut flower garden to my growing space. My husband, Wayne, and I are currently in the process of adding a fruit orchard to complement our existing gardens. After spending over 40 years in the corporate world, gardening became my quiet place for stress relief. Now that I’m retired, I’m excited to expand my horticultural knowledge and share what I’ve learned with others.
