2.1 Assignment 2: Leadership Styles
There are approximately 12 distinct leadership styles with which one can identify. However, many leadership styles leverage the same core leadership qualities, with differences arising from just one or two unique applications. In this assignment, you will complete the ‘Leadership Style Questionnaire’* to access which of the four (4) leadership styles – Authoritative, Facilitative, Democratic and Situational -- you identify with the most.
