Useful Forms
In this module, we will explore the ideas around utilization of volunteers. This aspect of volunteer management is often referred to as engaging individuals in supportive environments. The goal is to keep our volunteer engaged, happy and excited to return again and again!
- This section includes volunteer application instructions, applications, and related forms. One application and instructions require Background Screening Consent Form (from First Advantage Volunteer Screening) be submitted with application and the other does not. You may wish to wait until you meet with a new volunteer to have them complete the forms or send to them ahead of time. Only application and instructions without request for Background Screening Consent are included on the Exploring Extension and Our Volunteer Opportunities (our site for potential volunteers).

  It is important that CCE have accurate contact and emergency information for our volunteers - even one day volunteers! Anyone who volunteers for more than one calendar date or day per year for CCE must consent to and have a completed background screen before volunteering the second time in one year.These forms do not include background screening consent.
