  • In the Identification Module, you focused on determining your organization's needs to begin the recruitment process. Now, in this module, think of the selection process as a Venn diagram, where you match volunteers' backgrounds and motivations with the needs of your organization. You'll work on connecting potential volunteers to the roles you need, moving them from application to invitation. Along with finding the right role for each volunteer, you'll also focus on the essential elements that ensure a safe, positive, and meaningful experience for everyone involved.
