    Within this learning center, you will find media and interactive tutorials designed to help you become acquainted with CCE Program Reporting. Periodic updates will be sent through Extension Insider, the Program Educator List serve, PD&R users and this Moodle.

                • Webinars: Live webinars will be held:    8/1, 8/7, 8/15, 8/20 – time for all dates: 9-10am. Register from listing on the staff site. 
                  • Reporting Screencasts – below (fyi these will be updated during July 2024 to reflect any new changes) 
                • Virtual “Office hours” for Program Planning and Reporting Qs will be held most Fridays –- 10am – 11am.  These are intended for you to pop in and ask questions.

    Seeing data collection form templates may be useful to you. How you collect data and how often you enter it into PD&R is a local decision.  Be sure to discuss this with your local Executive Director or program lead before beginning to manage data.  Considering what you want to (and in some case have to) report will help you to know what to collect from audiences.  Including direct participants in data means that you are collecting registration that includes demographics.  Registration can help you to follow up with audiences (let them know what is next) and can evaluate your program effectiveness (follow up survey, or focus group etc).
