  Within this learning center, you will find media and tutorials designed to help you become acquainted with CCE Civil Rights documentation and demographic data collection info. Please register for periodic updates and reporting reminders.

  New forms for participant and committee member demographic data collection are now available.  The changes are small and build better alignment with the USDA options for registrants.   The new forms include options for registrants to "not disclose" demographics and options to self-report more than one race.  While this change does not represent all demographic categories, it is a step in the direction of allowing individuals to better represent themselves. The change will affect the event registration, program development, and reporting.  We will be offering a soft roll-out beginning this summer with informational meetings and access to virtual office hours beginning in August.  An FAQ and web resources are available to support staff.
