This course is intended for dairy business on-farm personnel (owner or employee) who are seeking to increase their knowledge of milk quality management. Participants should possess a formal or informal background in dairy cattle management, but not necessarily in milk quality.

Crop Management

This course will focus on practical information for day-to-day management and decision making of forage crops from crop selection to feed out on a dairy farm. Most course topics are applicable to any dairy operation and storage structure, but additional aspects of the course are specific to Northeast U.S. growing conditions and structures. It will be valuable for decision makers and key employees in the cropping and feeding system on the farm.
